One of my Running Buddies suggested we read this book together. Isn’t it amazing to have work friends who are growing and learning and going the same direction with the same amount of fire in their belly? It is everything, I tell you.

This playing big is not about climbing the ladder within broken systems. It’s about learning how to use your voice to change those systems. It’s not about “opting in” or “opting out” according to our society’s current thinking around what women should and shouldn’t be doing.
